By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. sg 777 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be verified.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the sg 777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;

• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in accordance with these Terms.

sg 777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your sg 777 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of transaction. sg 777 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;

sg 777 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, bank processing times, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All currency conversions, where applicable, are performed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sg 777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any sg 777 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sg 777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed or terminated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the sg 777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with sg 777 through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

sg 777 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved through our internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with their published complaints procedure.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
